AMORTIZECASHFLOWS

Use the .NET function AMORTIZECASHFLOWS to calculate a schedule showing the discounted cash flow value of a series of cash flows at each cash flow date. AMORTIZECASHFLOWS automatically calculates the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) for the cash flows.
