Specifying the Server Name

When purchasing an XLeratorDB product you must specify the server name it will be installed on. This is the Windows Computer name of your server. 

The best way to determine the server name is to run the following query from your SQL Server:

Select @@servername

------------------------

Machine01     *Example only! Use your server name here!

 
This is what the software uses to verify it is running on the server it was licensed for.  If an instance specifier (ie "Machine01\InstA") is shown, only provide the actual server name (ie "Machine01") during checkout.

The software is licensed to an entire server, so it may be installed on any number of databases on any number of instances residing on a single server.
