Trial Versions

• Trial versions are fully functional so they provide meaningful evaluation.


• Trial versions expire 15 days from date of download (not installation!)


• Trial versions are not restricted to a particular server as the retail versions are.  They can be installed on any number of databased on any number of servers.

Verify Server Configuration with XLeratorDB/util

• The paid retail version is restricted to a single computer which hosts SQL Server. 

• The server name must be provided during the checkout process.  it can be determined by executing the query following query on the target SQL Server database:

select @@servername

• The free XLeratorDB/util product should be downloaded and installed prior to purchasing an XLeratorDB retail product.  After installation, call the TestServer function and look for a 'Success' message.
